Greer Property Maintenance Equipment Repair was originally founded in 2005 as Greer Property Maintenance LLC. (GPM) In 2019 due to the covid pandemic the company was re-structured to focusing on small engine repairs, maintenance and sales, and changed to Greer Property Maintenance Equipment Repair LLC keeping its Logo of (GPM) considering 90% of the business is now doing equipment repair, maintenance and sales. GPM does all maintenance and repairs to power equipment and also offers personalized contracts for commercial business and maintenance plans for residential owners. We offer Drop off and pick up services as well as NEW and used equipment sales. We also offer trade ins for new or used equipment that we offer for sale. GPM works with locale and wed. based companies to get parts and equipment in a fast and timely manner. Our prices on new equipment may be a little higher than box stores, because we don’t buy new equipment by the 1000’s. But in return we offer full maintenance for 2 to 4 years depending on the equipment, and if there is any problem with new equipment, we can get you equipment warranty work completed within 2 weeks without it being send out to be repaired and sent back which takes 4+ weeks.
